Used to tag anything specific to the United States of America. Admittedly, this probably won't always be used when something has to do with the USA, since tilde.camp spawned out of the USA, but it can be used especially when something is politically specific to the USA. Like talking about human rights violations, or a nationwide movement specific to the USA.
